Progeen will construct <strong>8 residential buildings,<\/strong> 7 and 9 stories high, as part of the overall complex, offering affordably priced apartments in one of the most prominent suburbs of Tirana.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>complex<\/strong> will feature communal recreational areas, a public school, kindergarten, playground, parks, sports fields, and shopping centers. It is situated very close to one of the largest and most frequented shopping centers in the country, <strong>Univers Shopping Center,<\/strong> providing residents with convenient access to both commercial and recreational facilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Univers City<\/strong> offers the security and tranquility of the suburbs while providing easy access to central <strong>Tirana<\/strong>, with just a 10-minute drive to the city center on a busy day. The complex will offer 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartments ranging from 56 to 161 m\u00b2. The buildings constructed by Progeen will cover a total above-ground construction area of <strong>125,611 m\u00b2,<\/strong> comprising approximately 1,100 apartments, with a total value of around
