In this project, Progeen shpk will serve as the primary contractor for <strong>Durr\u00ebs Yachts &amp; Marina<\/strong>, a company part the group of enterprises owned by <strong>Mohamed Alabbar,<\/strong> the founder of <strong>Emaar Group<\/strong>.<br \/><strong>Durr\u00ebs Yachts &amp;
