Immediately after construction is completed, the new home will serve as collateral for the loan.<\/p><p>The creation of this new opportunity was presented on the morning ABC show on <strong>ABC news<\/strong> Albania television where <strong>Pro-Credit Bank<\/strong> and <strong>Progeen shpk<\/strong> gave more details about the mechanism of how it
